Julie Molinare - Landscape Designer:

Julie Molinare is one of Santa Clarita Valley’s premier landscape artists. She is able to turn your outdoor space into your own personalized paradise.

After years in the rat race of Corporate America, the economy and family sent Julie back to school where she found her true calling. Graduating with Honors from California State University at Northridge (CSUN), Landscape Design Extension Program in 2003; Julie began her journey into the backyards of her community. She truly enjoys working with her clients to create their own little haven.

In 2007 she was asked to teach at CSUN as instructor of the Introduction to Landscape Design Class, which allowed her to give back to an industry that has been good to her. Connecting with others that want to learn from her expertise has brought her joy; it excites her to teach others to create landscape dreams for the first time!

Julie strives to help all her clients find the perfect plants and design to fit their family’s needs while preserving the environment and complementing the community they live in.

In all Julie’s work, the client is the primary focus with a secondary focus on the microclimate and planting requirements of each site. Julie has become a true expert with knowledge of Southern California plants as well as what works well in the Santa Clarita Valley.
